By accessing or using distroed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

distroed is a buying-intelligence platform that helps users monitor public signals, organize company-level opportunity context, and operate workflows around source-backed account prioritization. The Service is accessed via web application and may include integrations with third-party platforms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use distroed. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@distroed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You may use distroed solely for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit spam, malware, or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (f) use the Service to build a competing product; or (g) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of content you create or publish using distroed. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms you publish to.

distroed may connect to third-party services including LinkedIn, Reddit, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may revoke any integration at any time from your settings.

distroed may use artificial intelligence to summarize signals, suggest opportunity angles, classify likely buying stages, or generate workflow recommendations. AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific context, so human review remains your responsibility.

We do not guarantee that using distroed will result in any particular business or revenue outcome. Signal quality and downstream results depend on many factors outside our control, including market behavior and operator judgment.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect for existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.

distroed and all associated technology, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, distroed and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which distroed is registered, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the product at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
