If you connect third-party platforms or workflows, we receive only the data authorized by you and necessary to power your configured workflow, such as account context, authenticated profile details, or sync metadata.

Your data powers the core functionality of distroed, including source activation, account-level opportunity clustering, workflow personalization, and AI-assisted recommendations tied to public-market signals.

We use your product and market information to make source recommendations, opportunity prioritization, and suggested angles more relevant to your specific context.

Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us identify what works, fix what doesn't, and build features that matter to founders.

We may send you product updates, insight digests, or important service notifications. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Access to your data is restricted to only the systems and personnel necessary to operate the service. We do not allow unauthorized access to your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Full stop.

We work with a small number of trusted third-party services (e.g., AI providers, email delivery, analytics) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of distroed, our users, or others.

We use cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. These are strictly necessary for the service to function.

You can update most of your account information directly from your settings. For other corrections, contact us.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time from your settings page, revoking our access to data from those platforms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the product. The date of the latest revision is shown below. Continued use of distroed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
